• All salary, arrears, pension, fitment factor, and HRA figures generated by our calculators represent hypothetical simulations derived from public CCS precedents and mathematical modeling.
• No output from this platform should be construed as official confirmation of salary fixation, legal entitlement, or binding government notification.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Website strictly for personal, non-commercial, and informational evaluations. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Deploy automated scrapers, web spiders, or data mining software against our calculator endpoints.
• Attempt to overload, disable, or impair our infrastructure via Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) actions.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the proprietary code and calculation pipelines.
• Misrepresent the estimates generated here as sanctioned government orders in legal or administrative proceedings.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, computational engine logic, responsive user interface styling, editorial synthesis, and graphics on 8thPayCalc.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform creators and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
